FAST FOODS

and it's consumption

Ice Cream Man Scoopeth

FAST FOODS has become a household word throughout the world. Most articles show a negative approach to this subject. I must admit I am NOT a fast food addict and seldom visit their establishments. I DO find them fascinating and the people who enjoy eating in them. The bright colors and variety in architecture of all these places including outside food trucks, corner carts, fairs with people enjoying their pizzas slices, hot dogs, cookies, ice cream are irresistible for me.

All those figures in various sizes and shapes plus the interiors/exteriors have whetted my appetite that I am constantly on the lookout for subject matter. There seems to be a wealth of material for ideas and hidden humor in people. I always try to incorporate this into my paintings because I want to find something other than the usual person sitting at a table eating a double MAC.

I do not have any hidden messages in my paintings, just the everyday lives of people enjoying what they do best. Eating anything and everything in their daily lives.
